We stayed at the apartment near the Spanish Steps during Easter week 2026. The location is absolutely incredible - you cannot be closer to the Spanish Steps and all of the amazing shopping. The apartment is cozy and the building has a good elevator which is helpful for steps if needed. The apartment works well for our family of 5. Yes, the apartment may face a large inner courtyard, but it is very bright. Moreover, if you insist on staying in this area, it is practically impossible to find an alternative with an open view and a wide panorama, since most accommodations in this neighborhood are located on narrow streets.The elevator worked without any problems throughout our stay. El departamento está en plena Plaza España, realmente la ubicación es excelente, mejor imposible.El departamento estaba bueno! 2 habitaciones en suite.La primera noche hizo un ruido un tiemble dentro del departamento pero lo solucionaron al otro día.Luego pedí más toallones y más sillas porque faltaban y nos trajeron todo sin problemas.Al departamento le faltaba un microondas y el lavarropas solo lava, no seca, había un tender donde colgar la ropa. The apartment is not n prime location adjacent to Spanish steps, everything is walking distance and next to metro station. It was spacious with great living room and two bedrooms with two full bathrooms.Something to improve are the wood floors and the couch in leaving room.
